Your Tasks

Scope of Job：
Complete the mechanical design of the retrofit project, skillfully use the software to create 2D/3D drawings and BOMs, and complete the assembly design of non-standard structures.

Be able to travel to visit customers at any time and execute retrofit projects independently.

Main responsibilities:
? Have a certain understanding and practice of packaging machinery / conveyor equipment / Robots and Palletizer
對包裝機械/輸送設備/機器人和碼垛機有一定的了解和實踐
? Skilled use of AutoCAD (2D model) and SolidWorks/Inventor (3D model) to complete mechanical assembly design
熟練使用AutoCAD (2D模型)和SolidWorks/Inventor (3D模型)完成機械裝配設計
? Familiar with the electrical & pneumatic control, quickly grasp the structure and function of the machine
熟悉電路及氣動控制，能快速掌握了解機器的結(jié)構(gòu)及功能
? Familiar with how to create material and bom in Material production system (Such as ERP/SAP)
熟悉如何在物料生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建物料信息和清單 (如ERP/SAP)
? Site mapping, technical communication with customer, analyze customer technical specifications, create the project schedule, track the project progress
現(xiàn)場繪圖，與客戶進行技術(shù)溝通，分析客戶技術(shù)規(guī)范，制定項目進度計劃，跟蹤項目進度
? Perform design review to ensure product meets external, internal and customer standards and requirements
執(zhí)行設計評審，確保產(chǎn)品符合外部、內(nèi)部和客戶的標準和要求
? Ensure that the designed structure is producible and participate in the assembly and commissioning of the machine
確保設計結(jié)構(gòu)是可生產(chǎn)的，并參與機器的組裝和調(diào)試
? Travel as required for supporting to the customer
根據(jù)需要出差支持客戶
? Performing time and task management to ensure efficient work for multi-projects;

? Participate and contribute efforts on teams’ objectives.

Your Competences：
- Bachelor or Master Degree, majored in mechanical design and manufacture or mechanical- electrical.
本科或研究生學位, 專業(yè)為機械設計和制造或機電一體化
- Advanced skills in 2D / 3D drawings, preferred in Solidworks/SolidEdge and AutoCAD Inventor
精通2D/3D繪圖軟件，熟練使用Solidworks/SolidEdge 和 AutoCAD Inventor優(yōu)先
- Committed to research & development and innovation direction, independent completion of machine design
致力于研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新方向，獨立完成機器的設計
- At least 3 years mechanical design working experience.
至少三年以上的實際機械設計經(jīng)驗
- Working experience in multinational company will be a plus.
有跨國工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
- Strong team spirit, able to work independently and self-motivated.
有較強的團隊合作精神，能獨立工作，自驅(qū)力強
- English level passed CET-4, Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Microsoft software applications.
