Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Daily Business 50%
- Make and execute the Strategic Pursuit Plan per Key Account.
- Build sustainable relations to key personnel.
- Understand Inside structure of EPC.
- Identify and understand the strongest industry of EPC.
- Develop qualified sales funnel and report into PLT.
- Develop all influencing entities around a project.
- Increase Hit-Rate by coordinating EPC requirements.
- Coordinate Int. Projects inside LESER.
- Ensure all project prerequisites are fulfilled, AVL, global coordination, references.
2. Key account Management 20%
Monitor and develop customer relations.
3.Market- Development 20%
- Collect and report necessary market information as the market observer.
- Development of the market position in the assigned area.
- Support and care for the present qualified customer and partner relationships and search, select and build new customer and partner relationships.
- Development of market inside knowledge and maintenance of essential customer/decision-maker contacts.
- Push selected product groups through special campaigns and actively develop markets/ acquire new customers (Hunting).
- Implementation of customer specific sales strategies.
- Support forecasting and actively perform information collection (e.g. upcoming projects) as well as suitable preparation of offers.
- Contribution of functional impulses/ contributions to the company development planning and budgeting.
4. Other tasks 10%
Requirements:
1.Bachelor with major of chemical, mechanical engineering or automation.
2.More than 5 years in project sales of engineered products and application engineering in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, or marine industry.
