POSITION PROFILE.
Concentrix China is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Creative Director with a copywriting and visual art background to lead key accounts and projects. This candidate is a highly conceptual and strategic thinker with a strong repertoire of storytelling skills to create innovative campaigns that drive earned media and transformative results. The Creative Director must have excellent presentation and client-facing skills along with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. He/she is the consummate collaborator and comfortable working within fluid team structures.
The Creative Director will lead creative projects from concept to execution and help mentor junior creative talent. If you're obsessed with all things creative, enjoy working from concept to execution and are operations and process-minded, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
1. Be accountable for driving growth of China creative design and digital contents business.
2. Formulate innovative creative strategies and conceptualize visual artwork designs.
3. Lead content design for all media channels, including web, WeChat, apps, social media platforms and others.
4. Accurately interpret strategy vision of client’s business.
5. Liaise with client teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
6. Establish and set quality standards for the creative team.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
8. Foster a culture of creative innovation, excellence, and accountability.
9. Mentor staff, receive and provide constructive feedback.
10. Remain current, sharing industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or Film/TV production-related field (or equivalent years of experience)
2. 8-10 years’ professional experience in directing creative design work with brands or agencies; global experience preferred.
3. Preferably 3+ years of experience in 4A agencies working in a creative design lead role managing more than 5 employees.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing successful writing, design, and conceptual work
5. Proficient in creative and project management software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Figma.
6. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Good communication skills, an excellent presenter and persuasive speaker.
8. Strong expertise in Website/Mobile Apps/WeChat/Social Media/eCommerce platform implementation projects
9. Experience in leading/participating global or large-scale service projects.
10. Strong business acumen to understand business strategies and customer needs.
11. Strong understanding of digital marketing, enabling the transformation of customer queries into enthusiastic responses through strategic creative design.
12. Familiarity with digital media industry trends and dynamics, as well as a keen sense of social media trends
13. Sufficient English skills to communicate with international colleagues.
