POSITION PROFILE
Concentrix China is looking for a skilled Digital Sales Executive to join our team across various industries, working closely with the solution and delivery teams. This professional will help drive the digitalization efforts for our clients and contribute to building robust sales strategies. The candidates should be familiar with Consumer Electronics/Automobile. And has strong relationships with the customers. He/she will focus on new business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales budgets and teams to achieve set objectives.
- Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns, spearheading regional or segment-specific efforts.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, adapting plans to meet business needs.
- Negotiate with and manage both existing and potential customer relationships, ensuring service quality.
- Collaborate with agencies and develop relationships to standardize service levels.
- Contribute to sales strategies, focusing on customer retention, pricing, and distribution through market insights and data.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is necessary; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience.
- Strong client-facing skills, understanding both client operations and needs.
- An adept business strategist with a solid grasp of customer relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Preferably experienced in digital marketing, AI, and big data.
- Proficient in English for global coordination and teamwork.
