JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining all operational standards and practices of the warehouse. Responsible for overseeing the operation inclusive of receiving, storing and shipping of all goods and related supplies by the specific departments. Partners with the Purchasing dept. with regards to goods and services provided to Operations Division.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work with IT to develop Warehouse & Transportation Management System and train up team members.
? Develop Warehouse & Transportation Management Standard Operation Procedure and train up team members.
? Responsible for accurate and efficient receiving of all goods and related supplies to warehouse. Maintains operating and productivity standards for supervisors and employees. Participates in the determination and development of employee training and safety programs and the monitoring of such results.
? Partners with client groups to maintain establish order schedules and delivery. Ensures the distribution of product to Theme Park, Central Kitchen, Housing, CityWalk and Cafeteria is accurate and efficient.
? Maintains facility in a clean and organizes matter at all the times. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
? Responsible for all warehouse employee (management and hourly) reviews. Provides input for the development policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas.
? Develops operating budgets and monitoring purchases against these budgets for each department.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
? Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using money, weight measurement, volume and distance.
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Assist schedule team to edit and make TM shift schedule and operation plan.
? Need Hygiene & Food Safety certificate.
? Above 5 - 8 years in Food and Cold Chain warehouse experience required.
? Above 5 - 8 years supervisory or providing direction experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Familiar with WMS logic and its operation, understanding working process for related modules just like order allocation and material management. Experience in WMS implementation must be more desirable.
? Good communication and coordination skills, strong responsibility and team work spirit.
? Basic communication ability of English in writing and reading, speaking.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
