Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)：
1、 Coordinate with Director of Project Management/Senior Manager and US Product Managers/Designer to determine and assess project needs

-Ongoing maintenance and updating of Google project Management software (Smart sheets) and Development documentation
持續(xù)維護(hù)和更新Google項(xiàng)目管理軟件（智能表梅）和開(kāi)發(fā)文件
-Ensure all departments working to meet common timeline
確保所有部門(mén)都按照時(shí)間表進(jìn)行
-Consistently follow up with different departments to make sure everyone is departments have the answer they need to move forward
持續(xù)跟進(jìn)不同的部門(mén)，確保每人都有進(jìn)行的答案
-Maintain project through entire development process
在整個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中維護(hù)項(xiàng)目
-Follow up regarding customer needs & our ability to provide them

-Track project during production to guarantee on time with shipment
跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)以保證按時(shí)出貨
3、 Communicate daily with different departments, including but not limited to, product managers, designers, merchandisers, and safety/compliance
與不同的部門(mén)進(jìn)行日常溝通，包括但不局限于：生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理，設(shè)計(jì)師，跟單和安全/合規(guī)部等。
4、 Handle the constant changes & challenges on a daily basis with patience
耐心應(yīng)對(duì)每天不同變化和挑戰(zhàn)
Qualification 任職資格：
1、 College or above
大學(xué)專(zhuān)科或以上學(xué)歷
2、 5 years or above experience in toys, familiar with plastic toys
5年或以上玩具，熟悉了解塑膠玩具
3、 Major in Mechanical/Mold design
機(jī)械/模具專(zhuān)業(yè)
4、Be able to communicate proficiently in English via email.
