職位概要(Job summary):
協(xié)助上司建立和維護(hù)培訓(xùn)體系,管理各種培訓(xùn)記錄和資料, 協(xié)助公司各級員工培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的組織管理。
To assist supervisor to establish and update company training system, support all kinds of training record and materials, and organize training activities for all levels of employees.
工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities):
1、協(xié)助上司優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)體系,起草各種培訓(xùn)流程。
Help supervisor to optimize training system, drafts training procedure.
2、協(xié)助建立內(nèi)部及師資庫、教材庫、試題庫和案例庫等。
Support for building up pools of trainers, training materials and test paper, etc.
3、協(xié)助上司分析培訓(xùn)需求,識別公司培訓(xùn)差距,制定年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
To assist the supervisor to conduct training need analysis and makes yearly training plan.
4、組織各種內(nèi)外部培訓(xùn),并進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)評估。
To organize internal and external trainings, and conduct training assessment.
5、負(fù)責(zé)ERP系統(tǒng)中培訓(xùn)模塊的管理。
Be responsible for managing the training module of ERP system.
6、恰當(dāng)?shù)毓芾砀鞣N培訓(xùn)記錄、合同和培訓(xùn)資料, 確保符合公司質(zhì)量體系的要求。
Manage training records, contracts and materials properly so that they are in compliance with the requirement of quality management system.
7、擔(dān)任內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師進(jìn)行入職培訓(xùn)和其他培訓(xùn)。
Conduct orientation training and other kinds of training as internal trainer
8、處理上級交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任職資格(Qualification) :
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、基礎(chǔ)的英語口語和英語書寫能力。
Basic in oral and written English skills.
3、具有強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)愿望,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)。
Strong willingness to learn, quick learning.
4、具有良好的人際交往能力,溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)組織能力,推動(dòng)力強(qiáng)。
Good interpersonal, communication, coordinating and facilitating skills, determined in making things happened.
5、能熟練應(yīng)用MS 辦公軟件Word, PPT 和 Excel。
Conversant in MS Office applications Word, PPT and Excel.
