一、職位概要(Job summary):
該職位是全球戰(zhàn)略采購組織中關(guān)鍵的一個崗位，主要負責開發(fā)、策劃并實施相應(yīng)品類物料的采購策略。該職位的使命是通過貫徹與公司發(fā)展目標相一致的采購策略，持續(xù)的推動物料成本優(yōu)化及物料本地化項目。
Sourcing Specialist is a key role in Global Sourcing organization to develop, plan and implement sourcing strategy for assigned categories. The mission is to continuously drive material cost improvement and material localization projects by following aligned sourcing strategy and company goals.

二、工作職責(Responsibilities):
1. 在指定負責的品類中，開發(fā)并管理與相關(guān)供應(yīng)商的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系
Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers in one or more specific categories
2. 與工程和PMO等相關(guān)部門精密合作，支持新品導入/開發(fā)，通過影響采購決策，主導采購vs.自制評估和建議以滿足客戶期望，達成技術(shù)能力和項目目標
Work closely with Engineering, PMO and relevant functional teams to support product development efforts, to influence sourcing decisions, lead make vs. buy assessment and recommendation, meet customer expectations, technical capabilities, and program objectives
3. 負責合格供應(yīng)商清單中特定品類物料供應(yīng)商的管理：供應(yīng)商選擇，批準以及合同談判
Responsible for Approved Vendor List for assigned categories and custom components managing supplier selection, qualification and contract negotiation
4. 起草并與供應(yīng)商協(xié)商商務(wù)采購合同中的條款及條件
Draft and negotiate contractual agreements' terms and conditions
5. 起草/開發(fā)與供應(yīng)商能力相匹配的、與項目組和公司業(yè)務(wù)要求一致的指定品類物料的采購策略計劃
Develop assigned category roadmaps aligning program and business requirements with supplier capabilities
6. 維護品類相關(guān)的專業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢的知識，包括對行業(yè)驅(qū)動因素、成本結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)革新、競爭格局等要素的行業(yè)分析
Maintain professional knowledge of category technology trends including rigorous analysis of industry drivers, cost structures, technical improvements and competitive landscape
7. 確保在產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)，供應(yīng)商及物料的穩(wěn)定持續(xù)供應(yīng)
Ensure supplier readiness and continuity of supply throughout entire product life cycle
8. 處理上級交辦的其它事宜。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

三、任職資格(Qualification) :
1.本科及以上學歷, 理工科、供應(yīng)鏈管理或工商管理相關(guān)背景
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration related.
2.語言：能讀寫工作相關(guān)的英語，英語口語熟練者優(yōu)先
Language: capable of reading and written English for work. Fluent in spoken English is strong plus
3.3年及以上制造業(yè)內(nèi)的戰(zhàn)略采購相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。醫(yī)療行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
3+ years in strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing operations or sourcing environment. Medical device or healthcare industry background will be a strong plus.
4.全球戰(zhàn)略采購經(jīng)驗：有開發(fā)品類采購策略、商品物料和關(guān)聯(lián)技術(shù)發(fā)展方向的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
Global sourcing experience - experienced in developing category sourcing strategies, commodity and technology roadmaps.
5.較為熟練的分析技能 (如成本模型，報價分析，供應(yīng)商風險管理等等)
Proficient with analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier risk management, etc.)
6.有以下任意一類品類物料的管理經(jīng)驗：金屬/機加工，擠出，注塑，微組件，電子件,耗材，間接物料，服務(wù)等
Category management experience in any of the following category or commodities: Metals/Machining, Extrusion, Plastic Injection, Micro Components, Electronics, Consumables, Indirect Materials, services, etc.
