作為 FB Solution 廣州地區(qū)的銷售代表，我們會(huì)分給您現(xiàn)有的客戶組合。其中包含多個(gè)遠(yuǎn)近聞名的重要餐飲客戶，包括星級(jí)酒店和高級(jí)美食餐廳。您主要立足廣州，負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展客戶組合，洽談新客戶并提高現(xiàn)有客戶的銷售額。

我們每月支付直接傭金，定期提供培訓(xùn)和營銷資料，竭盡全力助您***限度提高銷售額和傭金。

您的使命

§ 定期與客戶進(jìn)行商務(wù)洽談，與關(guān)鍵決策者建立和保持密切聯(lián)系，以建立合作關(guān)系并讓他們信服和支持。

§ 確認(rèn)了解客戶業(yè)務(wù)需求、面臨的問題和多種客戶情況中存在的機(jī)會(huì)，制定切實(shí)可行的解決方案。

§ （在銷售總監(jiān)/經(jīng)理幫助下）與組合客戶合作解決問題，確保準(zhǔn)確的 ERP/CRM 注冊(cè)、付款和前瞻計(jì)劃性銷售。

§ 利用愿景和戰(zhàn)略思維來預(yù)計(jì)未來需求并推薦推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的商業(yè)建設(shè)理念。

§ 積極參與全國性展會(huì)和當(dāng)?shù)鼗顒?dòng)，加固與現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶的關(guān)系

§ 與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作（例如：營銷、財(cái)務(wù)、運(yùn)營）

教育程度

學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷

以中文為母語，良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

至少 2 年銷售代表工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Guangzhou Sales Executive within FB Solution, you will be assigned an existing clients' portfolio. It contains several important high-profile F&B clients including starred hotels and fine dining restaurant. Primarily based in Guangzhou, you will be in charge of developing this portfolio, bringing new clients in, and developing the sales of existing ones.

Earning direct commissions every month, we will support you our best to help you maximize your sales and commissions with regular trainings and marketing material.

YOUR MISSIONS

· Conduct regular business meetings with customer in order to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in order to build relationships and gain their loyalty and support.

· Confirm your understanding of customers business needs, issues faced and opportunities with various customer profiles in order to develop viable solutions.

· Work with portfolio customers (with the help of your Sales Supervisor/Manager) to resolve issues, ensure accurate ERP/CRM registration, payments, and proactive program selling.

· Use vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business building ideas that will drive the business.

· Active participation to national fairs and local events to tighten bonds with existing clients and prospects

· Collaborate with cross functional team members (e.g. marketing, finance, operations)

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Native Chinese speaker, with excellent oral and written English.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive.

Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
