Key Responsibilities:

1、Setting up and attending regular client meetings and maintaining regular contact. Constant and daily communication with clients, working closely with client’s marketing team to fully understand event objective, to validate the key milestones during event preparation period. Manage the relationship with clients and partners, and be main point of contact across the length of the clients / partners / vendors

2、Assist the project leader to follow up the ongoing projects, prepare relevant documents for internal and external reports. Participating the brainstorm meetings for event planning, creative development and contribute the new ideas.

3、Coordinate with internal team, and external all relevant vendors to ensure the project is aligned with timeline and being under efficient & effective preparation.

4、Assisting the project leader to work on client budget and contract review,

negotiation with vendors for budget and contract terms, oversee the project cost and profit control. Prepare relevant client / vendor contracts, to follow up with legal department for contracts process.

5、Event onsite execution, to ensure the vendors' work is strictly meet the client's needs and follow with the original plan.

Skills and Abilities:

1、Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player, being enthusiastic with good communication skills

2、Fluent in both spoken & writing English and Mandarin.

3、3 – 5 year experience in relevant industry, (ex. advertising / communication / marketing / event).

4、Excellent planning and organizational skills, being well organized, efficient and detail-oriented.

5、Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines are a must.

6、Flexible and willing to work in a thriving, growing and ever-changing environment. Accept flexible working time and OT, proactively follow up the projects and prompt react even at weekends and holidays.

7、Quick learner in all relevant technology and marketing knowledge refer to the projects.
