KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Set up and develop company strategic marketing plan globally and overseeing the implementation and execution.
2.Research consumer demand, market trends, and guide sales strategies in different region to maximize company business and profit.
3.Manage a 7 people team, guide the PMs to enhance product competitiveness and plan the product portfolio.
4.Cooperate with sales and R&I team for key customer project, including China and oversea customers.
5. Assist General Manager on global product promotion, take responsibility to train the distributors in different region.
6.Work with China & Japan & France NPD team to develop new product based on the potential market demand.
7.To be the PIC to work with Internal / China / overseas research institute and endorsers.
8.In charge of all promotion activities globally.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline;
2.Minimum 15 years Product management experience in cosmetic ingredient industry with 5+ years people management experience;
3. Minimum 15 years Product management experience in cosmetic ingredient industry with 5+ years people management experience;
4.Deep understanding of the cosmetic market, the cosmetic science, the skin physiology, the product portfolio
5.Business minded with goal-oriented sense
6.Skillful with people management and project management
7.Good verbal and written communication skill both in Chinese and English;
8. Good of MS Office skills.
