職位設(shè)置的目的/General Function:

-崗位人通過采用合適質(zhì)量工具和方法，確保供應(yīng)商達到規(guī)定的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量體系要求；并不斷的推動供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題的解決、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的改進以及質(zhì)量體系的優(yōu)化提升。
-The Supplier Quality Engineer identifies and applies appropriate quality tools and methods in order to ensure the sub-suppliers achieve the specified quality target and quality management system’s requirement.
Additionally, the personnel is expected to continuously push sub-suppliers to solve supplier quality issues, encourage quality improvements and quality system optimizations.

主要工作職責(zé)/Main Responsibilities:
-供應(yīng)商制造過程質(zhì)量管理。
-Manage the quality of supplier production processes.
-執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商各種審核，包括但不限于新項目零部件過程審核、年度過程審核、升級審核、變更審核等等。
- Implement kinds of supplier audit including PPAP process audit, requalification audit, escalation audit, change audit and other relevant audit.
-制造過程發(fā)現(xiàn)的零部件質(zhì)量問題，與過程質(zhì)量對接并推進解決。
-Handover the process quality issue caused by purchased parts and push the solution until closed.
-供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量持續(xù)改進。
-Initiate and promote continuous improvements for purchased parts.
-供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理區(qū)域的5S管理。
-Adopt the 5S methodology in the relevant supplier quality management area.
-對來料檢驗員及操作者關(guān)于供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制方面的必要的培訓(xùn)及考核。
-Train and assess incoming inspectors and operators on essential aspects relating to supplier quality control and assurance.
-供應(yīng)商零部件變更管理, 包括設(shè)計變更和工程變更。
-Change Management of purchased parts, include design change and engineering change.
-供應(yīng)商零部件偏差放行管理和臨時變更管理。
-Deviation& Release Management and temporary change management for purchased parts.
-供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理。
- Supplier Quality Management.
-安排、監(jiān)控對來料檢驗員的考核，分析考核結(jié)果，并制定下一期的考核計劃。
-Organize and supervise assessments of incoming inspector; analyze assessment results and plan assessments for the next time period.
-總結(jié)每日供應(yīng)商問題。
-Summarize supplier quality issue on a daily basis.
-在客戶和供應(yīng)商面前維護企業(yè)的利益。
-Safeguard the interests of the company when facing customers and suppliers.
-及時完成中國區(qū)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量工程師安排的工作。
- Perform tasks and assignments required by the Supplier Quality Engineer China immediately.

任職資格/ Job Requirements

教育背景/Education Background : 本科以上學(xué)歷(統(tǒng)招本科,不接受非統(tǒng)招) At least a Bachelor Degree./ 機械專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮 applicants majored in mechanical engineering will be considered first;

有關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗/ Relevant Work Experience: 汽車行業(yè)3年以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗 3 years of practical experiences in the field of supplier quality management in the automotive industry.

外語要求/ Foreign language requirements: 英語-具有較強的口頭交流和書面寫作能力 English – capable to express oneself well both verbally and in writing.

-熟悉常用計算機軟件familiar with computer software;
