1.Participation in development and implementation of Area communications strategy and focus making, ensure communication action plan align with Corporate Communications strategy.
2. Introduction, implementation, and maintenance a positive company image, make sure Corporate Design and Publishing Standards are followed in the area
3. Support to brand management including company story, PR and Marketing and employer Branding Adapt and implement corporate communication tools to local needs and local culture
4. Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a Newsletter
5. Draft messages or scripts from Area president for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
6. Manage online tools (Intranet, Website, info screen) and integrate local needs and issues
7. Support establishing an effective strategy communication and secure a consistent and aligned communication internally and externally
8. Support to communication for Company culture and quality, HSE and sustainability
9. Support organization of external events for branding and marketing needed communication material in line with corporate design (e.g. brochures, images, presentations, etc)
10. Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

6. Job experience: minimum of 3 years job experience in communications management
