Supporting the CDD Executive role by completing pre-CDD data validation checks, liaising with client customers to arrange CDD interviews and handling general queries.

- Need to liaise with our client’s customers via telephone and email to arrange CDD interviews?- 通過(guò)電話及郵件聯(lián)系客戶，安排面談事宜

- Working as a team member to help manage the diary of CDD Executive for interview scheduling?- 協(xié)助盡職調(diào)查專員管理以及維護(hù)客戶面談日程記錄，對(duì)相關(guān)工作文件進(jìn)行整理及存檔

- Handle inbound general query calls from client’s customers?- 協(xié)助解答客戶咨詢電話，及時(shí)向盡職調(diào)查專員反饋客戶情況或疑問(wèn)

- Coordinate activities to ensure internal SLA’s are met and provide timely updates?- 協(xié)助盡職調(diào)查專員開(kāi)展調(diào)查工作，確保其順利進(jìn)行并及時(shí)進(jìn)行反饋

- Provide timely review and follow up on referrals and queries?- 及時(shí)跟進(jìn)客戶提出的問(wèn)題，并提供后續(xù)的解決方案
?Basic Requirement (崗位要求)
?
- Diploma or above degree, ideally in a business related discipline?- 大專或以上學(xué)歷，商科專業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先考慮

- Relevant experience working in a call centre will be an advantage?- 有相關(guān)客服工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮

- Confidence in liaising with external clients with strong communications skills?- 具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，能夠自信地與客戶進(jìn)行溝通交流

- Fluent writing and verbal communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed?- 較強(qiáng)的書面表達(dá)及口頭溝通能力，含英語(yǔ)、中文及粵語(yǔ)
