海外供應(yīng)鏈外貿(mào)供應(yīng)鏈
1. 收集匯總海外及國(guó)內(nèi)各銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的需求計(jì)劃；定期更新各國(guó)家的供應(yīng)鏈On shelf plan 數(shù)據(jù)，溝通明確裝柜明細(xì)、正式訂單、下單至系統(tǒng)并跟蹤訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付；
2. 定期收集海外各銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)的售后索賠清單，經(jīng)審核后，反饋至相關(guān)部門(mén)；
3. 跟蹤物流信息，對(duì)接代工廠(chǎng)做好來(lái)料簽收單；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)代工廠(chǎng)每批次相關(guān)圖紙文件；
5. 跟蹤代工廠(chǎng)日產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)，定期更新庫(kù)存及產(chǎn)出計(jì)劃；
6. 統(tǒng)計(jì)代工廠(chǎng)物料異常清單并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)緊急程度確認(rèn)運(yùn)輸方式，相關(guān)問(wèn)題的協(xié)調(diào)處理；
7. 協(xié)調(diào)代工廠(chǎng)提貨計(jì)劃，確認(rèn)發(fā)貨清單和物流費(fèi)后跟進(jìn)至銷(xiāo)售回簽CMR；
8. 定期同代工廠(chǎng)核對(duì)原材料庫(kù)存。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，有海外留學(xué)背景、國(guó)際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 具有3年以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)、銷(xiāo)售需求管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，口語(yǔ)較好，能夠在日常工作中使用英語(yǔ)；
5. 具有良好的計(jì)劃執(zhí)行、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力,良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。
