主要工作職責(zé)（Responsibilities）

1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)相關(guān)設(shè)備以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的驗(yàn)收、維修、保養(yǎng)，支持工廠顧問的設(shè)備管理工作；

Responsible for the acceptance, repair, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in company. Support plant consultant manage the equipment;

2. 負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)模具的驗(yàn)收、保養(yǎng)、維護(hù)、修理和年度清點(diǎn)等相關(guān)的管理工作；

Responsible for acceptance, maintenance, repair and annual check the mold of company;

3. 支持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理，在操作工的月度績(jī)效、產(chǎn)線例會(huì)以及新員工培訓(xùn)給予支持，給出相應(yīng)的建議；

Support the management of production team in the aspect of monthly performance, regular meeting and new operator training, and provide suggestion;

4. 支持質(zhì)量部門定期的產(chǎn)線巡查，并對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題給出相應(yīng)的改善建議；

Support quality department perform regular production audit, and provide improvement suggestion for findings;

5. 負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)公司計(jì)劃實(shí)施的產(chǎn)品變更。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)的計(jì)劃，提前做好產(chǎn)品變更準(zhǔn)備，確保產(chǎn)品變更按照要求得到實(shí)施；

Responsible for implement the product modification as plan. According the production plan, do preparation for production modification, ensure the modification been implement as requirement;

6. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線測(cè)試設(shè)備的工藝參數(shù)管理，持續(xù)優(yōu)化對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝，提高生產(chǎn)效率；

Responsible for process parameters management of production equipment, continues opimize production process and improve production efficiency;

7. 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的工藝文件，對(duì)總部的工藝文件和要求進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化和實(shí)施；

Responsible for maintenance the process document of production, transfer and implement the document and requirement of process from HQ;

8. 負(fù)責(zé)公司安全管理信息系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)，更新必要的信息，滿足當(dāng)?shù)匕矙z部門的要求。

Responsible for maintenance the company safety management information system, update necessary information to comply safety supervision bureau.

9. 負(fù)責(zé)公司生產(chǎn)、作業(yè)和活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全管理工作。負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的安全管理工作。負(fù)責(zé)員工的安全培訓(xùn)工作；

Responsible for the on-site safety management of production, operation and activity. Responsible for the on-site safety management of supplier construction or services activities and employee safety training;

10.支持項(xiàng)目組的新產(chǎn)品或者新項(xiàng)目在生產(chǎn)線的試生產(chǎn)；
Support the 0-lot production of new project or product;
11.完成部門主管安排的其他任務(wù)。
Perform other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.

任職要求(Qualifications)

1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工程、工藝、設(shè)備維護(hù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

College degree or above,more than 5 years of Engineering,process or equipment related work.

2. 持有高低壓電工證，特種設(shè)備操作證優(yōu)先考慮；
Have High and low voltage electrician certificate, special equipment operation certificate is preferred.

3.具備深入了解機(jī)械和電氣設(shè)備的知識(shí)和能力；

Knowledge and ability to understand mechanical and electrical equipment in depth.

4.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力及溝通能力,踏實(shí)主動(dòng)，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心；

Good team work and interpersonal communication，Up-and-coming, strong responsibility sense.

5. 良好的英語口語和書寫能力。

Skilled in English writing and oral.
