崗位職責(zé):

1. Responsible for Interior safety parts geometry and function integration, parts include passenger airbag/knee airbag /driver airbag & Steering wheel /curtain airbag /far-side airbag and safety belts.
2.Resposible for leading the workstream setup from BMW/GWM/Suppliers, detail the components development planning from main project PMP ,lead the workstream fulfill the accordingly milestone deliveries in a good quality base.
3.Responsible for releasing the above safety products, start from supplier nomination / CAE simulation &concept finalization /3D & 2D release /test planning &validation /onsite plant issue solving during try-out assembly.
4.Responsible to lead the cross function topics, like the airbag integration concept & testing and crash testing ,lead the team got the topics solved in a clear planning and well shaped way and fulfill the millstone delivery.
5. As the interface to passive safety and total vehicle test platform, cooperate with the total vehicles safety simulation/Sled test /Crash test.

2. 負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安全工作小組，小組成員由寶馬、長(zhǎng)城及供應(yīng)商構(gòu)成。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃細(xì)化產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成對(duì)應(yīng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的高質(zhì)量交付。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)以上安全產(chǎn)品的發(fā)放，產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程涵蓋供應(yīng)商交流定點(diǎn)、方案分析及仿真、3D 數(shù)據(jù) & 2D 圖紙釋放，試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃及驗(yàn)證追蹤、工廠裝車對(duì)應(yīng)問(wèn)題整改。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決跨專業(yè)重難點(diǎn)性能相關(guān)問(wèn)題，例如氣囊方案集成及后期試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，以及碰撞相關(guān)的試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)制定明確的計(jì)劃并高效落實(shí)以達(dá)成項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)的成熟度要求。
5. 作為對(duì)整車及被動(dòng)安全的接口，對(duì)整車被動(dòng)安全滑臺(tái)和整車碰撞試驗(yàn)支持。
