職位描述
崗位要求:
1.負(fù)責(zé)基于醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的特征提取,分割,重建,配準(zhǔn),融合和識(shí)別等算法的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā);
2.負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行算法軟件模塊的編碼、測(cè)試、維護(hù)、性能優(yōu)化等開發(fā)工作;
3.負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化和提高算法運(yùn)行效率;
4. 與軟件、硬件等團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,確保系統(tǒng)的集成與有效實(shí)現(xiàn)
5.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過程相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔的編寫和歸檔,專利撰寫和維護(hù)。
任職資格:
1.碩士及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)視覺,計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué),模式識(shí)別,人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè),五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.熟練掌握Visual Studio,Qt,pytorch等開發(fā)工具;
3.熟練使用C++,python等編程語(yǔ)言,具有良好的代碼風(fēng)格;
4.熟悉醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的基本原理和結(jié)構(gòu),可以熟練操作至少一種醫(yī)學(xué)圖像工具;
5.熟練使用VTK、ITK、OpenCV等算法庫(kù);
6.熟悉機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、深度學(xué)習(xí)等算法;
7.良好的面向?qū)ο蟮姆治雠c設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),較強(qiáng)的軟件質(zhì)量意識(shí);
8.具備優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力、較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、良好的職業(yè)道德,良好的抗壓能力;
9.良好的英文溝通能力。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of algorithms for feature extraction, segmentation, reconstruction, registration, fusion, and recognition based on medical images;
2. Responsible for coding, testing, maintenance, and performance optimization of algorithm software modules;
3. Optimize and improve the operational efficiency of algorithms;
4. Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and other teams to ensure effective system integration and implementation;
5. Responsible for writing and archiving technical documentation related to the design and development process, as well as drafting and maintaining patents.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with more than five years of work experience;
2. Proficient in development tools such as Visual Studio, Qt, and PyTorch;
3. Proficient in programming languages such as C++ and Python, with good coding practices;
4. Familiar with the basic principles and structure of medical images, proficient in operating at least one medical imaging tool;
5. Proficient in using algorithm libraries such as VTK, ITK, and OpenCV;
6. Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms;
7. Strong experience in object-oriented analysis and design, with a high awareness of software quality;
8. Excellent learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and ability to work under pressure;
9. Good English communication skills.
