Job Requirement
· Sales Management
o 100% a field-job for TAVI sales and business management in the assigned territory.
o Ensures periodic achievement as per business plan –
§ Budgeted target revenue, business growth & gain in market share.
§ Timely payment collections/receivables
§ Timely execution of sales/marketing/clinical activities in the assigned territory
· Distribution Management
o Identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
o Liaise with country head / channel partners for efficient inventory management and prompt servicing of products.
Experience
· At least 5-7 years of current experience in TAVI/TAVR field as a successful regional or national sales manager.
· Additional experience as front-line sales management position in TAVI/ · Structural Heart Interventions / Interventional Cardiology would be a plus
· A positively spirited individual with high energy levels
· A problem solver with ability to provide effective solutions
· Goal oriented and team player
· Passionate about TAVI therapy
· Deeply interested in technology, clinical work and cardiac/structural heart interventions
· Prompt in response and proactive for the task
· Meticulous in planning & execution
· Organized in mind & disciplined in practice
· An effective communicator – strong verbal and written skills
· A strong networker with sound inter-personal skills
· A Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently & responsibly
