Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and growth plan.
Oversee all business operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Act as a bridge between the leadership team and internal departments, ensuring consistent and clear communication of company vision, goals, and priorities.
2.Operational Management:
Drive day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Set and monitor performance targets for teams and projects.
Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation and cost control.
3.Client and Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Represent the company in high-level client negotiations and industry forums.
4.Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen the consulting team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization.
5.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the company adheres to local regulations and international best practices.
Anticipate and mitigate potential business risks.
6. Legal:
Review, write, suggest, approve, and oversee legal contracts, agreements, and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven Experience:
At least 8-10 years of experience in consulting or a related industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
2.Cultural and Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the Chinese market, business practices, and regulatory environment.
Experience working in an international or multicultural business setting.
3.Strong Leadership Abilities:
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to inspire, lead, and manage diverse teams effectively.
4.Communication and Networking:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network of industry contacts in China and globally.
5.Educational Background:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is preferred.
6.Language Skills:
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, both written and spoken. German is a plus
