ABOUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY
? Coordinate various teams to ensure the smooth execution of contract processes.
? Collaborate with business teams and IT departments to define and document business requirements and develop related processes and documentation.
? Manage workflows and act as the primary point of contact for communication with clients.
? Lead the acceptance process by organizing the business and IT teams to conduct final project reviews and signoffs. Become a reliable partner of our clients and play an important role in achieving joint strategic goals.
? Be an active moderator on the client side and within our internal activities.
? Become a valued member of our pre-sales team and support in internal presales processes/business development and sales activities。
OUR REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 3 years of project management experience

OUR REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 3 years of project management experience
? 5 years OEM background
? Experience in logistics/IT project management is required.
? Clear thinking and flexible problem-solving abilities.
? Coordinate communication between internal and external departments related to project delivery, ensuring the smooth progress of project phases and the ability to resolve delivery difficulties through communication.
? Drive different teams to efficiently complete tasks.
? Organize seminars attended by various teams (internal and external) to understand the requirements of new projects and propose the most suitable integrated solutions.
? Completed coaching education and relevant PM experience is a plus
? Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
? Chinese with strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
