1. Responsible for HR management, to develop the long-term & short-term HR planning
2. Provide HR related data, analysis and solutions to shareholders and managemen
3. Responsible for the company's organizational structure and position allocation management
4. Collect and update all job description
5. Responsible for the company's annual labor cost budget preparation and update
6. Responsible for recruitment and handle the entry and departure procedures
7. Responsible for training management, formulate training plans and organize training according to plan
8. Organize staff performance evaluation, participate in promotion evaluation, skill appraisal and other work;
9. Responsible for daily attendance, overtime review and leave management
10. Responsible for employee salary calculation, employee social insurance processing, bonus distribution plan and wage adjustment
11. Manage and maintain HR information system
12. Responsible for the formalities of foreigners coming to China and the submission of relevant documents for annual inspection
13.Handle related work of the BOD.
