擴展ST公司市場:
通過獲取新客戶來擴大ST公司的業(yè)務(wù)。
咨詢與銷售:
向客戶提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)咨詢,并解決他們的問題:就高精度定位和計量解決方案向客戶提供專家建議。
將產(chǎn)品集成到現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)中。
向客戶展示企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品和解決方案,并在貿(mào)易展覽會上進行演示。
市場和競爭分析:
監(jiān)控市場趨勢和競爭對手活動,以識別增長機會。
通過提出產(chǎn)品改進建議來提升企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)。
合同談判:
在B2B環(huán)境中進行合同談判,并準備完成合同。
協(xié)作:
與技術(shù)部門、產(chǎn)品管理和開發(fā)緊密合作,以優(yōu)化客戶需求。
溝通與協(xié)調(diào):
在德國的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場溝通和協(xié)調(diào)客戶要求。
行政支持:
根據(jù)需要提供行政支持(更新客戶/供應(yīng)商名單、報告等)。
? 任職條件
語言能力:
精通英語,能夠流利進行聽、說、讀、寫,具備良好的跨文化溝通能力。
工作經(jīng)驗:
具有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,尤其是高精度定位和計量解決方案或相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的銷售、市場拓展或技術(shù)咨詢經(jīng)驗。
產(chǎn)業(yè)資源:
具備一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)客戶資源儲備,尤其是在目標行業(yè)(如制造、自動化、測量技術(shù)等)有廣泛的客戶聯(lián)系或合作基礎(chǔ)。
專業(yè)技能:
熟悉B2B銷售流程,具備獨立進行合同談判和交易促成的能力。
具有較強的市場分析能力,能夠識別市場趨勢并提出創(chuàng)新的市場策略。
熟悉技術(shù)咨詢及解決方案銷售流程,能快速理解客戶需求并提供匹配的技術(shù)支持。
額外要求:
有國際化工作背景或跨國企業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
了解行業(yè)相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品集成和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用知識者優(yōu)先。
能適應(yīng)一定頻率的國內(nèi)外出差。

Sales Director
? Main Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
Expand the company's business by acquiring new customers.
Consultation and Sales:
Provide professional technical consultation to clients and resolve their issues, offering expert advice on high-precision positioning and metrology solutions.
Integrate products into existing systems.
Demonstrate the company's products and solutions to clients, including presentations at trade exhibitions.
Market and Competition Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Enhance the company's products and business by proposing product improvements.
Contract Negotiation:
Conduct contract negotiations in a B2B environment and prepare for contract completion.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical department, product management, and development to optimize customer needs.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate client requirements at the production site in Germany.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support as needed, such as updating client/supplier lists and preparing reports.
? Job Requirements
Language Skills:
Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
Work Experience:
Over 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in sales, market expansion, or technical consulting in the field of high-precision positioning and metrology solutions or related technologies.
Industry Resources:
Possess a certain level of industry client resources, especially extensive client contacts or cooperation foundations in target industries such as manufacturing, automation, and measurement technology.
Professional Skills:
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to independently conduct contract negotiations and close deals.
Strong market analysis capabilities to identify market trends and propose innovative market strategies.
Knowledge of technical consulting and solution sales processes, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical support.
Additional Requirements:
Preference given to candidates with international work experience or sales experience in multinational companies.
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of product integration and system applications in the industry.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

400,000 to 500,000 RMB per year, negotiable.
