1.Agreement and definition of technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions.
2.Agreement of targets concerning quality, costs and timing in agreement with the positions responsible or superior, using the documented basic TtM procedures.
3.Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring development tasks within a project team, using prescribed methods and systems (including the TtM process and procedure) taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account.
4.Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, cost and scheduling targets
5.Involvement in and/or implementing defined escalation scenarios when deviations from targets occur; illustrating existing alternative solutions in agreement with the development, sales, production and other domains;
6.D&D Engineering Change Management monitoring and controlling with supporting from relative domains.
7.Work together with D&D colleagues and plant colleagues to make a contribution to reduce product concept cost and also manufacturing cost, consequently reach each Product Group D&D efficiency and gross margin target.
8.Track and report project statues include Quality, Cost and Timing to management and define next solutions as proposal if issues.
9.Actively take other tasks which distribute by discipline manager, demonstrate good communication skills to align with internal and external customers, meantime adequate leadership skills to inspire all core and extend team members to achieve project target

Necessary requirement :
1.Professional PC experience (MS office, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project)
2.Business English language required .
3.At least 3 years project management experience in automotive Tier-X supplier.
4.At least 5 years working experience.
5.At least basic knowhow of Automotive electronics or system.
6.Above engineering bachelor’s degree required, electronics/software relative is preferred.
7.Good communication and presentation skills to external and internal customers.
8.Strong learning skills and cross-function coordination and leader ship skills.
9.Strong team working sprit and strong proactive working attitude with target orientation.
