主要職責(zé)

1.Maximize the production line output, reduce CT and production cost, improve the product quality

最大化生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)出,降低生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍和生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量

2.As core team member of new project to coordinate all functional departments in Operations to meet the QCT target of assigned project/production lines

作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心成員協(xié)調(diào)相應(yīng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)職能部門來達(dá)到量產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、時(shí)間和成本的目標(biāo)

3.Improve product quality KPIs such as First Pass Yeild/scrap rate/failure rate through QC 7 tools

通過QC七大手法等方法提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量相關(guān)的績(jī)效指標(biāo),列如首次通過率/報(bào)廢率/不良率

4.Improve production efficiency through Kaizen activities(Standard work, VSM, SMED and layered audit), and complish monthly reports(down time, scrap, FPY,OEE etc)

通過推動(dòng)日常改善活動(dòng)(例如標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、價(jià)值流分析、快速換型和分層審核)來提高生產(chǎn)效率, 并完成相關(guān)月度分析報(bào)表（停線、報(bào)廢、首次通過率, OEE等）

5.support to implement lean manufacturing in workshop

支持精益生產(chǎn)在車間內(nèi)的實(shí)施

6.Production line ESD testing and reporting, support annual qualification of equipment

生產(chǎn)線防靜電測(cè)試和匯報(bào), 支持年度設(shè)備驗(yàn)證.

7.Create and update SAP master data(Production BOM/Routing/Kanban/Production version) and responsible for the data quality

創(chuàng)建和更新SAP主數(shù)據(jù)(生產(chǎn)原材料表/流程表/看板/生產(chǎn)版本)并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)

8.Maintain the production related documentation(Layout,Process Flow Chart,PFMEA,Work Instruction, check list)

維護(hù)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件(生產(chǎn)線布局圖,工藝流程圖,過程失效模式分析,作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,檢查表）

9.Train and qualify operator according to Work Instruction

依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書培訓(xùn)和考核生產(chǎn)操作人員

10.Introduce Engineering Change into series production with defined QCT target

依據(jù)定義的質(zhì)量、時(shí)間和成本目標(biāo)來導(dǎo)入工程變更到批量生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)

11.Define process standard work flow and abnormal procedure.create technology standard files.

負(fù)責(zé)定義產(chǎn)線工藝流程和異常處理流程,技術(shù)文件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作

能力要求

1.Good coordinate and communication skill, experienced in global SMT/Assembly project will be a plus

良好的溝通合作技巧,有跨國(guó)SMT和Assembly項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

2. Familiar with THT selective wave soldering, conformal coating, milling,press fit process and fixture manufacture standard.

熟悉選擇焊,涂敷,分板,壓接等裝配工藝和工作制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn).

3. Familiar with plasma,dispensing,leakage test,screw fasten housing automatic assembly process

熟悉等離子清潔,點(diǎn)膠,氣密,螺絲鎖付等殼體裝配以及自動(dòng)化技術(shù).

4.Familiar with ICT/FCT test is plus.

熟悉ICT/FCT/測(cè)試工藝者優(yōu)先.

5.Familiar with Lean tools and application.

熟悉精益生產(chǎn)工具和應(yīng)用

6.Familiar with automotive electornics new product input procedure.

熟悉汽車電子新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入流程.

7.Familiar with PFMEA, MSA, PPAP. Knowledge in IATF16949

熟悉PFMEA, MSA, PPAP,及IATF16949知識(shí)

8.Familiar with office software (Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD)

熟悉Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD等辦公軟件

9.Strong self-motivation and team work spirit

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求

1.At least 5 years SMT or assembly Manufacturing Engineer working experience.

至少5 年SMT或者裝配相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

2. Experience in automotive area will be a plus.

有汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
