一、項目獲取階段 Project acquisition phase
1. 新項目圖紙制造可行性分析；

2. 設(shè)備產(chǎn)能、投資額預估（設(shè)備及模具）

3. 制造成本（節(jié)拍時間、人數(shù)）預估

二、項目開發(fā)階段 Project development phase
1. 開發(fā)沖壓相關(guān)非標設(shè)備及工裝夾具；

2. 沖壓生產(chǎn)線 Layout 的設(shè)計、驗證與優(yōu)化;

3. 參與項目期過程驗證階段的工裝、設(shè)備等出廠驗收、

4. 負責 PPAP 文件制定，包括：流程圖、特殊特性清單/矩陣、PFMEA、WI；

6. 沖壓樣品試制、小批生產(chǎn)跟進，工藝問題分析與改善；

三、量產(chǎn)項目 Mass production project
1. 支持生產(chǎn)團隊分析、解決沖壓生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的異常問題；

2. 負責工藝紀律檢查，工藝文件的維護；
Responsible for process discipline inspection and maintenance of process documents.
3. 負責工裝、設(shè)備、模具、生產(chǎn)線關(guān)鍵參數(shù)和狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控；
Responsible for monitoring the key parameters and status of tooling, equipment, molds and production lines.
4. 為生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)人員提供培訓，提高他們的專業(yè)技能；

四、持續(xù)改進 Continuous improvement
1. 負責沖壓產(chǎn)線布局優(yōu)化，提升整體生產(chǎn)效率；

2. 負責沖壓產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)有工裝、產(chǎn)線、工藝方法的優(yōu)化；

3. 負責引入新工藝方法、新設(shè)備等，提升制造競爭力；
