3. 工藝持續(xù)改善工作，量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率提升，制造成品降低，質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析及解決等。

一、項(xiàng)目獲取階段 Project acquisition phase
1. 新項(xiàng)目圖紙制造可行性分析；

二、項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)階段 Project development phase
1. 開(kāi)發(fā)沖壓相關(guān)非標(biāo)設(shè)備及工裝夾具；

2. 沖壓生產(chǎn)線(xiàn) Layout 的設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)證與優(yōu)化;

3. 參與項(xiàng)目期過(guò)程驗(yàn)證階段的工裝、設(shè)備等出廠驗(yàn)收、

4. 負(fù)責(zé) PPAP 文件制定，包括：流程圖、特殊特性清單/矩陣、PFMEA、WI；

6. 沖壓樣品試制、小批生產(chǎn)跟進(jìn)，工藝問(wèn)題分析與改善；

1. 支持生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)分析、解決沖壓生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的異常問(wèn)題；

2. 負(fù)責(zé)工藝紀(jì)律檢查，工藝文件的維護(hù)；

3. 負(fù)責(zé)工裝、設(shè)備、模具、生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)和狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控；
Responsible for monitoring the key parameters and status of tooling, equipment, molds and production lines.
4. 為生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)人員提供培訓(xùn)，提高他們的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能；

四、持續(xù)改進(jìn) Continuous improvement
1. 負(fù)責(zé)沖壓產(chǎn)線(xiàn)布局優(yōu)化，提升整體生產(chǎn)效率；

2. 負(fù)責(zé)沖壓產(chǎn)線(xiàn)現(xiàn)有工裝、產(chǎn)線(xiàn)、工藝方法的優(yōu)化；

line.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)引入新工藝方法、新設(shè)備等，提升制造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；

任職資格:
1. 五年以上機(jī)械制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；汽車(chē)行業(yè)優(yōu)先；
More than 5 years in manufacturing industry; auto field have priority;
2. 精通 2D 機(jī)械制圖軟件,及 3D 簡(jiǎn)單畫(huà)圖（UG/CATIA/SOLIDS WORK）；
Good at drawing , CAD and 3D software （UG/CATIA/SOLIDS WORK）；
3. 有電機(jī)定轉(zhuǎn)子沖壓，沖壓模具經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；有電氣，PLC 經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
experience in Rotor/Stator blanking, stamping tool, electrical, PLC have priority;
4. 懂自動(dòng)檢測(cè)線(xiàn)，Tig/Mig 焊接，優(yōu)先；
Knowledge of auto inspection lines, Tig/Mig, have priority.
5. 精通 FMEA，APQP；
Good at FMEA, APQP;
6. 能獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)易工裝，零件；
Can design fixture and component independently;
7. 英語(yǔ)書(shū)面熟練，會(huì)簡(jiǎn)單溝通
Proficient in written English, able to communicate easily.
8. 吃苦耐勞，能加班；
