Job Responsiblity
1. According to the company's annual
marketing plan, collect and analyze market information, use various resources
to develop new
markets;
2. Maintain the existing market;
3. Establish and maintain market
information files and customer files and visit customers regularly;
4. Follow up the project progress according
to the company's process, do a good job of internal and external communication
and
coordination, and actively promote the work
of each link;
5. Actively and properly handle customer
complaints and crisis events;
6. Timely feedback and convey new market
information and customer demand to direct leaders and relevant departments;
7. Report the communication work to the
direct leader regularly and accept the performance appraisal of the company;
8. Provide business training and guidance
to sales engineer and other related personnel;
9. Familiar with the company's quality
system, actively maintain the company's product quality reputation;
10. Technical communication with customers;

大客戶經(jīng)理
1.根據(jù)公司年度營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,收集和分析市場(chǎng)信息,利用各種資源開拓新市場(chǎng);
2.維護(hù)現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng);
3.建立和維護(hù)市場(chǎng)信息檔案和客戶檔案,定期拜訪客戶;
4.按照公司流程跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,做好內(nèi)外部溝通協(xié)調(diào),積極推進(jìn)各環(huán)節(jié)工作;
5.積極妥善處理客戶投訴和危機(jī)事件:
6.及時(shí)向直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和有關(guān)部門反饋和傳達(dá)新的市場(chǎng)信息和客戶需求;
7.定期向直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)溝通工作,接受公司績(jī)效考核;
8.對(duì)銷售工程師等相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo);
9.熟悉公司質(zhì)量體系,積極維護(hù)公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信譽(yù):
10.與客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通;
11.上級(jí)交辦的其他職責(zé)和任務(wù)。
Key Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above,R&D background is a prefer;
2. English listening, speaking, reading and
writing skills are required;
3. 5 years working experiences as KAM with
at least 2-3 years working experiences in automotive interior and exterior
decoration industry
is a prefer;
4. Have certain business negotiation
ability, communication and coordination ability, strong resistance to pressure;
5. Basic knowledge of contract law,
marketing, production technology, finance, etc;
6. Strong teamwork and communication
skills; proficient in office system; good writing ability;
7. Strong planning, plan execution and
leadership;
8. Willing to travel.

5.合同法、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、財(cái)務(wù)等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);
6.具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力;熟練使用辦公系統(tǒng);良好的寫作能力;
7.有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、計(jì)劃執(zhí)行和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;
8.愿意出差。
