Responsibilities:

· Draft, communicate and deliver commercial contracts, and manage the work of contract filing.

· Prepare, deliver and manage the documents of cargo shipping, customs clearance, financial settlement, etc. Keep close communication and coordination with all related parties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Follow up on the Letter of Credit and payment as per contract terms. Ensure smooth process on the issuance of Letter of Credit and transaction/receipt of payment with all parties.

· Record operational data in a timely and accurate manner for analysis, reporting and decision-making.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or above in International Trade/Business Administration/ Economics/Petroleum-related majors;

· Good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to analyze and solve complex issues;

· Capable of multitasking under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

· Excellent written/spoken English and be able to use both Chinese and English as working languages.
