Duties and Responsibilities
· Serve as a point of contact for STAFF throughout the organization to address any work-related questions or concerns
· Supervise the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for vacant positions within the project, including coordinating and organizing induction training
· Post open positions available across the organization internally and execute the employee transfer process in case the employee selects a new position
· Maintain accurate employee records such as contracts, schedules, reimbursements, etc.
· Complete personnel information archiving
· Handling of employee dismissals
· Develop on-the-job training plans and track training completion
· Participate in various meetings as assigned
· Assist in reviewing personnel files for licensing checks
· Support the investigation and resolution of employee grievances
· Perform payroll operations, processing the required documents through payroll to ensure accurate record keeping and appropriate deductions
· Complete other duties required and assigned
· Marketing campaign support
· Support business development
Skills and knowledge required for an employee coordinator:
· Undergraduate diploma or equivalent is required.
· Experience in capital expenditure or human resources is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especiall Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Fluent English is required
· 1-3 years related experience
