Key tasks include but are not limited to:
1.Design, develop, enhance and maintain .NET Maui smart device Apps focusing on delivering reliable, secure and intuitive solutions.
2.Write efficient, consistent and effective code adhering to internal processes and procedures.
3.Be responsible for software development tasks and projects that have been assigned. Plan an effective approach, helping to identify any risks to delivery.
4.Troubleshoot and assist with issues affecting our cloud products and services.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to innovative solutions, and help to ensure delivery of successful outcomes.
6.Ensure a test-driven approach to software development to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Identify and resolve defects and bugs through debugging and troubleshooting activities.
7.Adhere to security best practices and compliance standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Implement appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against vulnerabilities.
8.Ensure compliance with relevant App store standards and requirements.
9.Continuously look to improve the service provided by sharing ideas and information with the team
10.Ensure all activity is technically compliant and follows industry best practice and company agreed technology stack, implementing logical designs using well known technology and methodologies.
11.Manage software versioning in GitHub to manage code repositories and track changes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of software designs, code, and implementation details.
12.Manage App deployment to App stores with understanding around individual App store requirements
13.Take ownership of all escalated customer issues （third line） and effect timely resolutions.
14.Adhere to all Company policy procedures and conduct themselves in line with the Company Values.
Key qualifications, skills and experience required for this role:
1.Experience working with, designing and developing .NET Maui Apps targeting both iOS and Android platforms including knowledge of best practices and known limitations.
2.Proficient in C# and XAML
3.Experience with AWS services including some of SQS, IoT Core, Lambda, IAM, Cognito and use of AWS .NET SDK
4.Understanding of how apps are deployed to the iOS and Android stores
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6.Provide training on new and existing products and services internal and external.
7.An open mind, enthusiasm to share ideas and skills and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
