Job Description: 1. Data analytics: -Be responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual CRM reporting, ensure data accuracy and generate insight from the reports. -Extract, process and analyze data from multiple data sources and platforms as required, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the results -Participate actively in the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to help on driving key business decisions 2. VIC Management: VIC upgrade and yearly review coordination 3. Gifting program follow up, propose the client list to stores and do the consolidation. 4. Other tasks assigned by CRM Manager
Proficient Office software skill (Excel, PPT…) Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English Work carefully & proactively & well organized 4 days per week preferred.
