崗位職責(zé):
? 負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)發(fā)、接待新客戶(hù)、拜訪(fǎng)客戶(hù)、制作標(biāo)書(shū)及投標(biāo),特別是在輕工行業(yè)中尋找潛在的合作伙伴和客戶(hù)。
? 根據(jù)輕工行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),向潛在客戶(hù)提供技術(shù)性的產(chǎn)品演示,解釋或服務(wù),確保客戶(hù)能夠理解產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)特性和價(jià)值。
? 參與商務(wù)談判,簽訂合同,并負(fù)責(zé)訂單跟蹤、回款,同時(shí)維護(hù)老用戶(hù)關(guān)系。
? 收集高研行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)信息,通過(guò)日常的客戶(hù)交流、展會(huì)、客戶(hù)拜訪(fǎng)等渠道,了解市場(chǎng)需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況。
? 協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域項(xiàng)目中的資源支持及問(wèn)題跟蹤,負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)的開(kāi)拓以及行業(yè)客戶(hù)及合作伙伴的引導(dǎo)以及業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系的維護(hù)。
? 定期參與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、市場(chǎng)研究及市場(chǎng)策略的制定,及時(shí)報(bào)告市場(chǎng)狀況。
任職要求:
? 理工科本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、機(jī)電或其它相關(guān)工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。
? 熟悉糧油,醫(yī)藥,新能源等行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程。
? 掌握一定的銷(xiāo)售技能;具有較強(qiáng)的潛在客戶(hù)挖掘靈敏度;具備較強(qiáng)的銷(xiāo)售意識(shí),具有業(yè)務(wù)簽單能力和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)技巧;有親和力,善于維護(hù)和保持與客戶(hù)的良好關(guān)系。
? 熟練運(yùn)用Salesforce等銷(xiāo)售工具,及時(shí)更新所負(fù)責(zé)的真實(shí)商機(jī)信息。
? 擁有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,懂得如何溝通,能適應(yīng)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的出差。
? 需要具備較強(qiáng)高的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和敏感的市場(chǎng)觀察力,分析力,能夠獨(dú)立管理商品的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)。
? 有1年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售背景者優(yōu)先考慮。
Job responsibilities:
? Responsible for the development, reception of new customers, customer visits, preparation of tenders and tenders, especially in the light industry to find potential partners and customers.

Job Requirements:
