Responsibility:

崗位職責(zé)：

? Being flexible with the best teaching practices and demonstrating a willingness to work collaboratively

能夠靈活運(yùn)用教學(xué)模式，擁有良好的合作意識(shí)

? Effectively teaching a variety of classes, which would include the subject(s) concerned and IB disciplines like Theory of Knowledge

能夠高效的教授各類課程，包括相關(guān)的學(xué)科和IB科目，例如知識(shí)理論

? Being adept in appropriate lesson preparation, setting/marking examination and test papers where necessary and supervising extended essays in the subject concerned

擅長(zhǎng)編寫(xiě)合理的教學(xué)計(jì)劃，設(shè)計(jì)并批改試卷，對(duì)相關(guān)科目的擴(kuò)展性論文進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)

? Setting and marking students’ work accurately and promptly, giving additional guidance and work according to their needs

準(zhǔn)備并及時(shí)地設(shè)計(jì)和批改學(xué)生的作業(yè)，根據(jù)學(xué)生的需求給與額外的指導(dǎo)

? Providing feedback appropriately and regularly to students

定期向?qū)W生提供合適的反饋

? Writing reports and testimonials as required within the deadlines set

在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)按要求撰寫(xiě)報(bào)告和推薦信

? Diligently following the scheme of work for each class approved by the Head of Department

認(rèn)真執(zhí)行各部門(mén)主管批復(fù)的各班工作計(jì)劃

? Ensuring he/she is fully aware of all of the School’s policies relating to students and act accordingly to protect and enhance the physical and emotional welfare of the students

確保能夠完全理解和學(xué)生有關(guān)的各項(xiàng)學(xué)校政策，并采取相應(yīng)行動(dòng)來(lái)保護(hù)和提高學(xué)生的身心健康

? As the role of homeroom teacher to manage the student and maintain a good home-school relationship

作為班主任的角色管理班級(jí)，并維護(hù)良好的家校關(guān)系

? Adhering to all other policies and procedures of the School as approved by the Board or the Head

遵守董事會(huì)或校長(zhǎng)批準(zhǔn)的學(xué)校所有的政策和程序

? Performing other reasonable duties as instructed by school, including but not limited to lesson

planning, preparation and assessment, meetings, night study supervision, students’ admission

activities, students’ filed trip, subject fair and other routine events.

參加學(xué)校布置的合理任務(wù)，包括但不限于備課評(píng)課，會(huì)議，看夜自修，招生活動(dòng)，實(shí)地

? Taking part in whole school event

Qualification

任職要求

? Master degree or above, with relevant professional background and teaching certificate

碩士及以上學(xué)歷，擁有相應(yīng)的專業(yè)背景和教學(xué)資質(zhì)

? 3-5 years teaching experience in an international school, experience in a boarding school or head teacher is preferred

擁有3-5年國(guó)際學(xué)校的教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，有寄宿制學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或班主任經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，

? Good communication skills in English

能夠熟練使用英語(yǔ)交流

? Experience in IB teaching and experience in overseas study is preferred

有IB教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和海外教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮

? Love education career, good learning ability, self - drive ability and teamwork ability

熱愛(ài)教育行業(yè)，有優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力，自驅(qū)力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作力
