主要職責(zé)：
進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索和設(shè)計特定化合物的合成路線
合成，純化和有效表征有機化合物
在最小限度的監(jiān)管下通過對反應(yīng)條件進(jìn)行適當(dāng)修改以克服合成問題
保持所有實驗記錄準(zhǔn)確，清晰，及時，完整

任職要求：
碩士或本科學(xué)歷，藥物化學(xué)、有機化學(xué)、化學(xué)、制藥、其他化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)
在有機合成中經(jīng)驗豐富并具有很強的解決問題的能力
有負(fù)責(zé)感和良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神

Scientist in Chemistry

Key activities:
·Conduct literature searches and design synthetic routes for specific compounds
·Synthesize, purify and characterize organic compounds efficiently
·Overcome synthetic problems by making appropriate modifications of reaction conditions under minimal supervision
· Keep accurate, legible and complete records of all experiments on a timely basis
Requirements:
· Master degree and Bachelor degree
· Experienced in organic synthesis with strong problem-solving ability
· Be responsible and good team-player
