職位描述 ? Enabling and deploying strategic initiatives in category management and spending analysis ? Strong project management and problem-solving abilities ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization ? Acumen business sense and industry searching / analysis skills ? Professional understanding in Manufacturing / Intermediate test/ Lab scale with cost breakdown ? Experience working in a large multi-national company ( e.g. MNC or Fortune 500 or business firm) with ERP/ P2P/ Catalog sourcing/ Shared service model will be preferred
任職要求 ? Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to deploy and manage Lab scale/ Intermediate test / CMO sourcing projects to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target ? Create Category Management Initiatives in Supplier management and Requirement standardizations to realize cost reduction via various approaches. ? Comply with Procurement Policies to complete supplier selection through DD/ on-site accreditation ? Proficient in cost analysis to drive single negotiation to make buying cost competitive. ? Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity. ? Assist other category/ projects if necessary
