Proactively use and promote appropriate quality improvement tools in the work to promote the improvement of quality control.;貫徹執(zhí)行質(zhì)量體系,及時(shí)處理在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,保證產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,滿足客戶需求;按計(jì)劃協(xié)助實(shí)施質(zhì)量體系及過(guò)程審核并跟蹤改進(jìn)措施。在工作中積極使用適當(dāng)?shù)馁|(zhì)量改進(jìn)工具并進(jìn)行大力推廣,促進(jìn)質(zhì)量控制方面的改進(jìn)。 2.Participate in quality analysis, determine quality control points, establish measurement standards and methods, develop product quality inspection and control documents, and train inspectors.;參與質(zhì)量分析、確定質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn),建立測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法,制定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面的檢驗(yàn)和控制文件,并對(duì)檢驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。 3.Product quality management: guide inspectors' quality inspection work; Responsible for daily production line quality management, product audit establishment, implementation and maintenance;產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理:指導(dǎo)檢驗(yàn)員的質(zhì)檢工作;負(fù)責(zé)日常生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理,產(chǎn)品審核工作的建立、執(zhí)行和維護(hù)。 4.Responsible for the maintenance and verification of product gages, and GRR measurement, analysis and improvement of inspectors.;負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品檢具的維護(hù)和驗(yàn)證,負(fù)責(zé)檢驗(yàn)員GRR測(cè)量、分析及改善。 5.Deal with customer complaints, ensure timely feedback to customers, and regularly communicate with customers; Collect and summarize quality data, report according to the determined period and make improvement plan.;處理客戶抱怨,確保及時(shí)給予客戶反饋,并與客戶定期溝通交流;收集及匯總質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),按所確定的周期匯報(bào)并制定改進(jìn)方案。 6.Timely analyze the quality information and data from internal and external feedback, solve and deal with the quality problems, be responsible for the continuous reduction of process PPM and return PPM, continuously improve product quality, improve the competitiveness of quality manufacturing process and customer satisfaction.;及時(shí)分析廠內(nèi)、外部反饋的質(zhì)量信息和數(shù)據(jù),解決并處理發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)程PPM、退貨PPM的持續(xù)降低,持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高質(zhì)量制程的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和客戶滿意度。 7.Analyze MSA and CPK on a regular basis.;定期分析MSA和過(guò)程能力Cpk。 8.Completed other tasks assigned by leaders.;完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
