Job Description
1. Product Planning and Design: Based on market trends, user needs and company strategy, formulate long - term development plans and iteration roadmaps for IT products.
2. Data Analysis and Decision - making Support: Use data analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, BI tools, etc.) to conduct in - depth mining and analysis of user behavior, product performance and market feedback, extract key insights, and provide data - driven basis for product optimization, new feature development and business decision - making.
3. Technical Cooperation and Innovation: Collaborate closely with the R & D team, understanding and apply system engineering principles to ensure the implement ability and technological advancement of product design.
4. Project Management and Execution: Take overall responsibility for the management of the entire product life cycle, including requirement sorting, project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, quality control and online release. Ensure that the project is completed with high quality on schedule to meet business needs and user expectations.
5. Cross - departmental Collaboration and Communication: Have excellent communication skills, establish efficient cooperative relationships with sales, marketing, operation, logistics and other departments, understand and respond to the needs of all parties, coordinate internal resources, and promote the successful promotion and implementation of products in the market.
6. Industry Insight and Competitive Product Analysis: Continuously pay attention to the dynamics of the IT industry, conduct competitive product analysis, identify market opportunities and potential threats, and provide forward - looking suggestions for product strategy adjustment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as a product manager in the apparel industry.
Possess excellent product thinking, have sufficient passion for product design and keep a long-term focus on it. Be able to take charge of product planning and follow up on the requirements of subsequent versions.
Be proficient in prototype design software such as Axure, and be skilled in using tools like PPT, mind maps, and flowcharts to achieve rapid output.
Have strong learning, communication and problem-solving abilities, possess good teamwork skills and be able to withstand high-intensity work pressure.
Have relatively good English reading and writing abilities, and preferably have listening and speaking abilities as well.
