Duties and Responsibilities:
?Implement the HR standards of the headquarters, and help improve and effectively push forward various HR management systems of the school
?Complete the task of recruiting both local and expat employees on time based on the annual headcount requirements, formulate the school’s annual recruitment budget, and be responsible for expanding and maintaining employee recruitment channels
?Be responsible for the application and preparation of various work certificates and related procedures for expat teachers at the school, and provide daily support to expat employees
?Establish and improve the school's expat affairs management system, and coordinate the management of expat employee relations, to ensure the legal compliance of the school's expat affairs management and system
?Gain insight into, report and execute relevant government policies, to ensure the school’s various policies are practiced according to laws and regulations
?Organise induction trainings for Chinese and expat faculty members to enhance the team engagement with Harrow’s corporate culture; assist different Sections in establishing teachers’ qualification training system, and implement and improve various talent training programmes and mechanisms
?Be responsible for human resources development, employee career planning and the building of talent teams
?Cooperate with the HR department of the headquarters in doing industry compensation surveys
?Implement the headquarters’ annual performance evaluation system, and improve the school’s performance evaluation standards and requirements; assist different departments in carrying out the evaluation, provide timely communication and feedback, and offer reasonable suggestions
?Lead the administrative support team to plan, organise and carry out campus team building activities, to demonstrate human warmth and build the campus culture
?Be responsible for the payment and management of commercial insurance fees for school employees, as well as the participation and cancellation of commercial insurance for incoming and outgoing employees
?Work with the HR team to deliver the work and tasks assigned by the Group and superiors in the school
?Deliver other work and tasks arranged by superiors
Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree on Administration related fields.
?Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
?Sound knowledge of employment issues
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
?Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
?Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task.
?Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
