與銷售負責人(SR)一起制定交貨計劃(合同的一部分) ●Making delivery schedule (part of contract) together with Sales Responsible (SR) 參與銷售的最后階段,通過提供交貨訂單的實用技術(shù),即審查/參與特殊項目的報價聽證階段。 ● Participating into the final stage of sales by providing practical know-how on Order to Delivery i.e. reviewing/participating Quote Hearing Stage for Special Projects. 訂單交付過程 Order delivery process 合同的全面責任。 ● Overall responsibility of contract. 跟蹤項目和行動,包括合同交付,設(shè)計進度,生產(chǎn)進度,付款,包括信用證,合同變更,合同修改,船廠進度,擔保索賠和取消。 ● Follow up of projects and actions with respect to contracted deliverables, design schedule , production schedule, payments including LC, Contract changes, Contract amendments, shipyard schedule, guarantee claims and cancellations. 負責啟動會議后的技術(shù)訂單規(guī)范(TOS ● Responsible for Technical order specification (TOS) after kick-off meeting 負責報告合同交付物的重大偏差 ● Responsible for reporting any major deviations regarding contracted deliverables 負責與客戶有關(guān)項目的所有溝通。 ● Responsible for all communication with customers regarding projects. 負責就可交付成果、范圍、交付時間和取消進行談判 ● Responsible that negotiations are carried out regarding change in deliverables, scope, delivery time, and cancellations 負責在需要時暫停項目,并根據(jù)商定的程序重新啟動和報告 ● Responsible for putting projects on hold if required and reactivate and reporting according to agreed procedures 與部門經(jīng)理協(xié)商后,負責批準項目的額外費用,如空運費用 ● Responsible for approving any additional costs on project, such as air freight after consultation with line manager 處理保修索賠,從接收到提供技術(shù)建議和訂購維修和備件。 ● To handle warranty claims from receiving to giving technical advice and ordering service and spare parts. 處理與保修和返工有關(guān)的重大修改和特殊項目 ● To handle major modifications and special projects related to warranty and reworks
