Job Description 工作描述

? Responsible for clinical trial supply project delivery and quality for strong financial performance & customer satisfaction, in accordance with Clinical Reach's Guidelines, SOPs and practices. 負(fù)責(zé)藥品臨床試驗(yàn)支持項(xiàng)目的交付，并根據(jù)臨床研究準(zhǔn)則和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程要求確保項(xiàng)目獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的財(cái)務(wù)表現(xiàn)和客戶滿意度。

? Act as mentor to colleagues in regional and local teams 作為導(dǎo)師對(duì)區(qū)域和本地的項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)成員給予指導(dǎo)。

? Lead multiple projects independently. Lead or support continuous process improvement initiatives driven by Global Project Management Department. 可獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。帶領(lǐng)或協(xié)助全球項(xiàng)目管理部門(mén)主導(dǎo)的持續(xù)流程改進(jìn)。

? Operational delivery and reporting of awarded studies. Project delivery is achieved through collaboration with multiple parties including but not limited to client, client's CRO/vendors, sponsor, ZP depots, partner depots, Account Managers, Proposals, Contracts, Clinical Sourcing, Global Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance colleagues. 對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的研究進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)交付和必要的報(bào)備。通過(guò)多方，包括但不限于客戶、CRO/供應(yīng)商、申辦方、自有庫(kù)房、合作方庫(kù)房、客戶經(jīng)理、報(bào)價(jià)、合同、臨床采購(gòu)、全球運(yùn)營(yíng)、財(cái)務(wù)、法務(wù)及合規(guī)等部門(mén)的協(xié)作完成項(xiàng)目交付。

? Contract Management, Budget Control and Monthly Billing Manage project contracts (client work orders, partner depot work orders, change orders etc.) and project budgets. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for client and vendor billings. Participate in the monthly billing process for all projects. 合同管理、預(yù)算控制和月度賬單管理管理項(xiàng)目合同（客戶訂單、合作庫(kù)房訂單、訂單變更等）及項(xiàng)目預(yù)算控制。向客戶和供應(yīng)商準(zhǔn)確且及時(shí)的出具賬單。負(fù)責(zé)所有項(xiàng)目月度賬單流程。

? Client Management Account management of own projects or oversight of projects on assigned client accounts (if any). 客戶管理管理所負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目或監(jiān)督其他客戶指定的項(xiàng)目（如有）。

? Guidelines/SOPs Adhere to applicable company Guidelines and SOPs. Maintain good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Storage Distribution Practice (GSDP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Data Integrity Policy, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) concepts and Data Integrity Policy. 準(zhǔn)則/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程遵守適用的公司準(zhǔn)則和 SOP。掌握良好生產(chǎn)規(guī)范 (GMP)、良好儲(chǔ)存派送規(guī)范 (GSDP)、良好文檔規(guī)范 (GDP)、數(shù)據(jù)完整性政策、良好臨床實(shí)踐 (GCP) 概念和數(shù)據(jù)完整性政策。

Qualifications 應(yīng)聘條件

Educational Background 教育背景

? Minimum degree holder with Science or equivalent qualifications, knowledge in Clinical Trial Supply chain management 擁有理工科本科或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，具備臨床試驗(yàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理知識(shí)

? PMI PMP or equivalent certification holder is a plus 優(yōu)先考慮PMI PMP或同等證書(shū)持有者

Relevant Experiences 相關(guān)經(jīng)歷

? Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must 必須具備優(yōu)異的中英雙語(yǔ)工作能力

? Preferably with 3-4 years of experience of managing regional projects or projects across a few countries 優(yōu)先考慮擁有3年以上區(qū)域或跨國(guó)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人
