1.配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目流程裁剪,參與制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別及管控,開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題管理
2.根據(jù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃及客戶要求,制定詳細(xì)質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃,評(píng)審計(jì)劃及過(guò)程審核計(jì)劃,及時(shí)識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),確保客戶質(zhì)量需求的落實(shí)執(zhí)行
3.內(nèi)部審核:量產(chǎn)線狀態(tài)審核,PPAP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核前的內(nèi)部自審,年度審核;客戶審核;開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中各節(jié)點(diǎn)的階段性審核,PPAP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核
4.對(duì)接客戶端質(zhì)量接口:與其建立并維護(hù)良好的互信關(guān)系:與客戶保持良好溝通:定期質(zhì)量會(huì)議,匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量狀態(tài),識(shí)別客戶特殊要求:
5.開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程資料統(tǒng)籌及提交:PPAP統(tǒng)籌收集提交。
