Responsibilities:

? Implement, review, and establish innovative construction methods.

負責實施、檢查和建立項目管理的標準；

? Create, document, review, and retire digital project delivery knowledge.

? Oversee project delivery to ensure effective execution.

? Coordinate and prepare master programs or working schedules.

? Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.

? Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues, coordinating across various trades.

Requirements:

任職要求

? Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or related disciplines.

硬性條件：四年統(tǒng)招一本科以上學歷，土木工程，建筑服務，建筑或相關(guān)學科。

? Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects.

具備3年以上大型土木或智慧建筑項目相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力。

? Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

熟練掌握英語及粵語的說、寫能力。

? Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.

熱愛高新技術(shù)和建筑行業(yè)。

? Ability to work under pressure and independently.

具備優(yōu)秀的抗壓能力，能夠保質(zhì)保量完成工作任務。

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
