? Monthly tax receipt collection from the tax bureau
? Documents preparation and check for staff’s overseas bank transfer
? Liaison work between bank and the staff with the transfer issue
3. Staff insurance related matters - 20%
? Staffs enrolment, updates and settlements
? Staff retirement
? Local staff social insurance and housing funds matters
? Expat staff commercial medical insurance administration
4. Monthly payroll - 30%
? Payroll administration
? Payroll related in HRIS
5. Performance assessment - 20%
? Make sure the timeline is followed for each stage in the annual appraisal plan.
? Provide clarity and support for team leaders during the annual appraisal process.
? Assistant line manager for Performance assessment related tasks.
6. Others - 5%
? Liaison annual dinner, monthly birthday party or other holiday benefits for the staff members.
? Provide other support assigned by the line manager.
? Back up on other HR matters of the school when necessary
【Minimum Academic Degree required】
? Bachelor's Degree or above on Administration-related fields.
【Professional skill and knowledge required】
? Knowledge of laws and regulations issued by Chinese government, including labour law and tax law etc.
? Familiar with Chinese labour laws and relevant personnel regulations such as social insurance scheme.
? Time management and multi-tasking skills when under work pressure
【Experience】
Mandatory
? At least 3 years of working experience in C&B areas in a multi-national environment.
? Experience in multicultural communication.
? English can be a working language.

? Working at similar roles in education sector is desirable but not mandatory
