▲ Job Description To provide administrative support to the BD Team in the implementation of the company's business development strategy. The purpose of this role is to handle all administrative duties in support of the BD Team. This position will be based in our Shanghai office and will report to the Business Manager.
▲ Key Responsibilities ● Assist the Business Manager in preparing business documents. ● Collect and organize existing company resources, regularly update and maintain resources to ensure timeliness and accuracy, provide data support for business cooperation, and aid in decision-making for business development. ● Assist the Business Manager in business negotiations and follow-up cooperation, arrange meetings, itineraries, and other matters to ensure the smooth progress of business activities. ● Maintain customer relationships, assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback. ● Complete other business-related tasks assigned by superiors.
▲ Competencies ● This role is ideal for junior candidates or recent graduates. ● Mandarin and English language skills (to business standards) are essential. ● Good business sense, fast learner and willing to spend time learning new skills. ● Hard working, diligent with attention to detail. ● An interest in developing a long-term career in the administrative services for overseas private funds sector.
