Key Accountabilities:
? To Provide the technical support to customers for alignment with sales & marketing strategies.
? To visit major customers to extract their needs and reflects them.
? To handle end-users complaint and provide related application failure diagnosis and solution .
? To provide technical training for IML customers and end user
? To build technical relationship with Key industrial OEM & acquire OEM approval
? To assist sales team in making proposal, technical seminar, developing new market.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
? Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
? Minimum 5- 10 years of relevant technical support experiences in lubricants industry.
? Familiar with industrial lubricants and application sector , like GE / Power / Ming Must be able to have good customer management skills too.
? Good internal and external communication skill .
? Good commanding of English , for writing and speaking .
