We expect you to; - Ensure the team exceeds sales performance targets. - Coach and train the Inside Sales Account Managers to continually improve their sales skills. - Continuously ‘raise the bar’ on call quality and sales productivity. About you You should have; - Previous experience of excellent a team in a call centre environment. - Demonstrable track record of delivering improvements in sales performance by consistently achieving demanding targets. - Great interpersonal skill, with the proven ability to hire, motivate, coach and performance manage a team of up to 20 sales agents. - Be able to operate at pace and have great attention to detail. - Be a quick learner. - Strong language skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin. Cantonese language skills are a plus. How will I know if I am doing a good job? We use KPIs to help you measure your performance. You will be expected to make a positive impact on: - Sales volume and value. - Sales conversion rates. - Team efficiency.
