崗位職責:
1.制定國際銷售策略與目標:
(1) 深入研究國際醫(yī)療器械市場趨勢,結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略,制定長期和短期的國際銷售戰(zhàn)略。
(2) 設(shè)定明確的銷售目標,確保團隊業(yè)績能夠穩(wěn)定提升,達到或超越公司設(shè)定的期望。
2.監(jiān)督與評估銷售績效:
(1) 定期對銷售團隊的工作進展進行監(jiān)督和評估,確保各項工作按計劃進行。
(2) 分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),識別存在的問題和機會,提出針對性的改進措施。
3.優(yōu)化銷售流程與資源管理:
(1) 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源,包括供應(yīng)鏈、物流、客戶服務(wù)等,確保銷售流程的高效運作。
(2) 不斷優(yōu)化銷售流程,減少不必要的環(huán)節(jié),提高銷售效率。
4.市場分析與新客戶開發(fā):
(1) 深入分析國際醫(yī)療器械市場的競爭格局、客戶需求和潛在機會。
(2) 制定并執(zhí)行新客戶開發(fā)計劃,通過各種渠道拓展客戶群體,擴大市場份額。
5.客戶關(guān)系管理與維護:
(1) 與現(xiàn)有客戶保持密切聯(lián)系,定期溝通,了解客戶的反饋和需求。
(2) 提供個性化的解決方案和服務(wù),增強客戶滿意度和忠誠度。
6.品牌建設(shè)與市場推廣:

7.銷售團隊管理與培訓:
(1) 選拔和培養(yǎng)具備國際視野和專業(yè)技能的銷售人才,組建高效的銷售團隊。
(2) 定期組織銷售培訓,提升團隊成員的專業(yè)能力和業(yè)務(wù)水平,確保團隊持續(xù)進步。
8.跨部門協(xié)作與溝通:
(1) 與產(chǎn)品部、市場部、技術(shù)部等部門保持密切溝通,確保銷售活動的順利進行。
(2) 及時分享市場信息、客戶需求和競爭態(tài)勢,為公司的戰(zhàn)略決策提供有力支持。
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學歷,醫(yī)學、市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,具備扎實的專業(yè)知識和理論基礎(chǔ)。
2.具備三年以上醫(yī)療器械國際銷售工作經(jīng)驗,其中至少一年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗,能夠獨立負責國際銷售業(yè)務(wù)的拓展與管理。
3.熟悉國際醫(yī)療器械市場的法律法規(guī)、行業(yè)標準和市場趨勢,具備敏銳的市場洞察力和分析能力。
4.優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠處理復雜的國際業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系,具備跨文化溝通的能力。
5.具備較強的團隊領(lǐng)導能力和項目管理能力,能夠激發(fā)團隊成員的積極性和創(chuàng)造力,帶領(lǐng)團隊完成銷售目標。
6.熟練掌握英語,能夠流利地進行國際業(yè)務(wù)溝通和談判,具備其他外語能力者優(yōu)先。
7.具備國際醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)認證或培訓背景者優(yōu)先。
8.有過海外工作或國際銷售項目成功經(jīng)驗,熟悉不同國家和地區(qū)的市場環(huán)境和客戶需求者優(yōu)先。

Position: International Sales Manager
Salary Range: 15k+
Responsibilities:
1.Formulate International Sales Strategies and Objectives:
(1) Conduct in-depth research on international medical device market trends and formulate long-term and short-term international sales strategies in alignment with company strategy.
(2) Set clear sales targets and ensure the stable improvement of team performance, meeting or exceeding the company's expectations.
2.Monitor and Evaluate Sales Performance:
(1) Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the sales team to ensure that all tasks are carried out as planned.
(2) Analyze sales data, identify existing problems and opportunities, and propose targeted improvement measures.
3.Optimize Sales Processes and Resource Management:
(1) Coordinate internal and external resources, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, etc., to ensure efficient operation of the sales process.
(2) Continuously optimize sales processes, reduce unnecessary steps, and improve sales efficiency.
4.Market Analysis and New Customer Development:
(1) Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and potential opportunities in the international medical device market.
(2) Develop and implement a new customer development plan, expand customer base through various channels, and expand market share.
5.Customer Relationship Management and Maintenance:
(1) Maintain close contact with existing customers, communicate regularly, and understand customer feedback and needs.
(2) Provide personalized solutions and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6.Brand Building and Market Promotion:
(1) Participate in international exhibitions, seminars, and other events to showcase the company's strength and product advantages, and enhance brand influence.
(2) Cooperate with the marketing department to develop and implement product promotion plans, and increase product awareness in the international market through various channels.
7.Sales Team Management and Training:
(1) Select and cultivate sales talents with international vision and professional skills to form an efficient sales team.
(2) Regularly organize sales training to enhance the professional ability and business level of team members and ensure continuous progress of the team.
8.Cross-departmental Collaboration and Communication:
(1) Maintain close communication with product, marketing, technical, and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales activities.
(2) Timely share market information, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to provide strong support for the company's strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, marketing, or related fields, with solid professional knowledge and theoretical foundation.
2.Three or more years of experience in international sales of medical devices, including at least one year of team management experience, able to independently expand and manage international sales business.
3.Familiar with laws and regulations, industry standards, and market trends in the international medical device market, with keen market insight and analytical skills.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to handle complex international business relationships and possess cross-cultural communication abilities.
5.Strong team leadership and project management skills, able to inspire team members' enthusiasm and creativity, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
6.Proficient in English, able to fluently communicate and negotiate in international business, priority for those with additional foreign language abilities.
7.Preference for candidates with international medical device industry certification or training background.
8.Preference for candidates with overseas work experience or successful international sales project experience, familiar with the market environment and customer needs of different countries and regions.
9.Rich industry resources, able to bring potential customers or partners to the company.
