職位職責(zé) Responsibilities

1. 根據(jù)訂單接受物料并驗收入庫；
Receive parts based on the purchasing order;
2. 根據(jù)領(lǐng)料單發(fā)放物料；
Issue parts based on the list;
3. 確保物料定點存放，標(biāo)識正確；
Make sure every part stored in the right position with correct label;
4. 執(zhí)行每日循環(huán)盤點并將異常情況及時反饋給備件工程師；
Do daily cycle counting and report to the MRO engineer when abnormal things accur;
5. 每月與備件供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行往來對賬；
Do account checking with spare part suppliers every month;
6. 歸檔相關(guān)單據(jù)并妥善保管；
Archive the related documents and keep them well;
7. 負(fù)責(zé)倉庫的5S管理；
In charge of the 5S management for the MRO warehouse;
8. 完成其他備件工程師分配的工作。
Finish other work the MRO engineer assigns.

職位要求 Qualifications Requirement

1. 要求大專或以上學(xué)歷，主修物流、機(jī)械、電氣或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Technical secondary school degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical science or other related subjects is preferred;
2. 能識別常用的零件及用途，并能看懂機(jī)械圖紙；
Understanding of commonly used components and its purpose & mechanical drawings
3. 熟悉倉庫收發(fā)存常規(guī)作業(yè)流程；
Familiar with the conventional operation procedures of warehouse;
4. 具備備品庫存管理經(jīng)驗的人優(yōu)先考慮，有ERP操作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
Spare parts Inventory management experience is preferred, ERP experience is preferred;
5. 熟練Excel操作；
Be familiar with Excel;
6. 很好的學(xué)習(xí)能力。
Good learning ability.
