? Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Project Management).
? Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design and project execution in the mining business. ? experience in designing and constructing huge scale project such as large factory or industrial estates. ? Civil and structural design skill, familiar with and international construction standards. ? Have experience making project budgets, and monitoring budget execution. ? Having experience in making project scheduling for the engineering design and project execution phases ? Having experience in risk management for the engineering design and project execution phases ? Have vendor management experience (consultant, contractor, supplier) ? Have project management (PMP) certification (preferable) ? Have a minimum certification. First Operational Supervisor (POP) ? Leadership and people management skills ? Ability to negotiate skills ? Verbal and non-verbal English skills ? Have pipelines, Bridges/culvert, roads, related safety regulations design and monitor the project execution experience. ? Adaptive in culturally drivers work environment, have oversea working experience; ? Construction site support experience;
? Proactive, initiative and energetic
? Analysis skills and systematic method of handling task, result-oriented.
?Flexible management on time and different management

Responsibilites:
1.Develop planning programs and provision of infrastructure facilities from the process of project definition, budgeting and project execution.
2.Lead the infrastructure facilities with the designing SOP, pipelines, culvert, roads&running piping, safety regulations to meet international design standards and project deadline.
3.Leading the MHR & Ore Transport Project Manager in providing MHR facilities outside of IUP that meet mining standards.
4.Leading and guidelines to the Construction Service Manager in providing building construction facilities that meet SNI standards and meet K3 standards. And according to the budget and time planned.
5.Leading to the Maintenance & Operational Support Manager in providing MHR facilities within the IUP that meet mining standards and provide logistics road facilities for the needs of each partners.
